We should be getting about 25-30g of the nutrition F-word FIBER every day. If you think it’s impossible to hit that, I promise you it’s NOT!

Most people barely hit HALF that amount, consuming closer to 10–12 grams on most days. But that’s not enough!

Here’s why fiber is SO important: �✨ Keeps blood sugar stable�✨ Lowers cholesterol�✨ Keeps you full & fights cravings�✨ Supports gut health (bye-bye bloat)

And here’s what 30g of fiber might look like in a day ⬆️

Aim to include about 2-3 fiber-rich foods at every meal and another 1 or so in your snack, and you’ll be getting f*ing close to meeting your F-word needs!
�And small SMART steps count too… swap in fruit, toss beans on your salad, sneak veggies into dinner. Little changes add up fast. *And actually with fiber, it’s a good idea to gradually in more slowly!*
