We are so excited to offer this new experience and host our friend Avatar to lead a beginner’s Contact Improv workshop for the community. If you are familiar with this practice, you know how much it gives to self-awareness, somatic awareness, and connection with both yourself and others. This practice welcomes people of all ages, skill levels, and body types. CI is a fun journey that you don't want to miss!

Allow yourself time to let loose and connect with the energy of dance, your body, the earth and community. We will dive into a 5 rhythms dance wave on the lawn of the garden house at and break bread together at a potluck dinner. Bring a dish to share!

Our dance is free form. There are no expectations. People of all ages and skill levels are welcome. This includes families.

You are invited to join us for an open mic around a fire and share your poems, songs, make music together, share your reflections and laughter.

All sharing is optional, your presence is all we need. Come along.

Our schedule:
-Doors Open 5:00 PM
-Opening Circle 5:25 PM
-Dance 5:30 PM
-Potluck Dinner 6:30 PM
-Fire Circle with and .meditates facilitating 7:30-9:30 PM

Here are our currently scheduled upcoming offerings through June! All the links to book are or will soon be up on our site. Save the dates and reach out to the facilitators if you have questions or are ready to book!

Our monthly ecstatic dance & potluck is back on Sun, June 7 at the Garden House with All Inclusive Life and we will be doing the fireside open mic circle again with Sydney and Leslie! We’ll be keeping an eye on the burn ban and rainfall and can always create the magic without the fire if need be. More info will be shared soon.

We’ve got 3 scheduled Somatics & Sound Alchemy offerings coming up with Royal Treatment Bodyworks and Terah Kelleher on Tuesday evenings at the Lake House. Two sound baths and one mini-retreat. Head over to their pages for more info!

And last, but definitely not least, we are so excited to welcome Amanda Lee to Four Farms Place! She will be leading a 3-part Somatic Workshop Series at the Lake House every other Wednesday beginning on June 3! June 3, June 17 & July 1 from 7:00-8:30pm. Full details coming soon!

More offerings may be added as we go along, and be sure to check with facilitators to ensure times/dates remain correct beforehand. Advance registration is required for arrival information to be sent to guests.
