We’re looking for a Full-Time Intake Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team!
🌟 This is a key role designed for someone who’s highly organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and a vital support for our team of therapists.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
📞 Answering phones & scheduling intake appointments
📊 Managing data in Excel & coordinating with clinicians
🗂 Filing, data entry, and basic accounting
💳 Processing client payments
🧹 Light office upkeep
