Thank you everyone who has donated to Bandit's well being! I am so grateful! We have found another vet who has dealt with this situation before.
He says Bandit's case is unusual because it is blocked in both his throat and his mouth whereas most cases are either one place or the other. Bandit is scheduled to have a procedure done Oct 8th where the doc will be installing some drain tubes. He will have to undergo anesthesia and will be spending 1 or 2 nights in the hospital depending on how well he does when he wakes up. The drains will have to stay in up to 7 days and this could resolve the problem. He has a good chance of this working with as young as he is. If it doesn't work in resolving the issue then further surgery will be needed. All prayers for Bandit are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
