I have experience in severe and persistent mental health along with co-occurring substance use disorders. I currently provide services to individuals 13 and older, virtually. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, solution focused and individualized to each client’s needs. I provide this care by using a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral, and trauma focused modalities. I believe I can provide a safe and comfortable space for clients to explore their fears, challenge negative thoughts, and help them resolve their inner struggles in order to find the newest version of themselves. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach! My education, training, and experience offers me the flexibility to adjust my style to accommodate client’s specific needs. My passion is to assist individuals in overcoming their biggest challenges by working along-side them through their most vulnerable moments in life. We all have our wounds, fears, and struggles.
