What makes me instantly feel better?
“There are a lot of things actually....and I don’t want to copy everyone else (boo guys for being stereotypic) and saying “family” for all their answers. Yes, I love my kiddos and hubby, but I really love vacations-mountains/beach/new places....it doesn’t matter as long as it’s outside my zip code, being on a body of water whether it’s a lake or ocean or just a pool and KAYAKING!!!! Halloween and decorating in a level that is beyond excessive but it’s so much fun!!!!!!! I also LOVE LOVE LOVE all baked goods in the world containing simple white flour. 🙂”

What do I enjoy doing outside of work?
“Is there an outside of work? I just go from work to “work” managing my 4 kids and house. I vaguely remember time for hobbies, and they were fun. I like trying to herd my crew together for an activity, art, just hanging out and any chance to be lazy and my ultimate is SLEEPING late.”

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Why?
“My husband and I think of this often and have many places we’d like to go. The one place I want to go that no one else has an interest in, however, is a trip to Maine. I love seafood and I’ve read enough Steven King books set in Maine that I have to visit now. Otherwise, I’d love to go to Germany and travel around Europe making sure to see Auschwitz and where Anne Frank hid from the German’s. My son, who is obsessed with World War 2 is set on going and we would love the history.”

"Being with family and traveling to places both near and far."

"Right now, I would like to travel anywhere where it is cooler! Then I would like to go to Sardinia to see the historical places on the island, take in the culture, hike the trails, and explore the beaches."

What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?
"Doing anything outside. Spending time in my garden, hiking, playing with the dog, you name it.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
"I enjoy going to the gym with my husband, riding my horse, and spending quality time (usually over a meal) with family and friends. I like to stay busy and am rarely sitting still!"

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? Why?
"I love to travel and would LOVE to go to Greece. The food, the views, the culture, I mean, who wouldn't want to go!"

Do you speak to yourself as nicely as you speak to others? Our words and thoughts impact our self-esteem and self-image more than we realize. If we want our "home" to be loving, welcoming, and affirming, then we have to start speaking that way. Not just to others, but to ourselves.
