When Refuge Healing Studio was just an idea—a quiet whisper of inspiration—we kept returning to one truth: that something deeper was possible.
As longtime students and teachers of yoga in this city, we saw how many people were craving more than just a workout. We heard the quiet longing for spaces where practice feels like coming home, where movement is meaningful, and where community is built not just on the mat—but in the way we hold space for one another.
Refuge was born from that longing.

Yes, we offer classes that challenge the body and honor the traditional roots of asana. But just as importantly, we create space for stillness, reflection, and inner work—because yoga is more than poses; it’s a path back to wholeness.
