Heart Month❤️❤️❤️Cardiovascular health involves the heart as well as the blood vessels… and can present challenges in multiple ways with numerous symptoms… Aside from a healthier diet, becoming more active, managing your weight, and getting proper sleep, you can also use medicinal herbs to help support a healthy heart…

WHAT ABOUT FIBER?🫣
-“cold pressed” juicers extract concentrated amounts of vitamins , minerals, phytonutrients, enzymes, and YES, fiber from fruits/vegetables💯

-It also retains soluble fiber but removes most of the insoluble fiber… BUT this helps with better and faster absorption 💯

Rise and shine!! ☀️ There are so many natural healing modalities, as well as preventive and nourishing remedies to support optimal health… Just as multivitamins provide a good amount of some of the vitamins and minerals that we need… Sea Moss also does this in a very BIG way… We consume macronutrients (carbs, fat, protein) in excess of what we need, but deficient in micronutrients; and when deficient, it can “mimic” many illnesses… when all you need is to improve your vitamin and mineral consumption.. 💕💫✨ 💚💚💚
