Yesterday I had the privilege of providing professional development for Principal’s Fellows at one of NC’s universities. While conducting a community circle to close the session it hit me:

Providing trauma-informed leadership training to pre-service leaders in education is healing the part of me that was severly traumatized by abusive school administrators early on in my career.
