I finished up this kitchen renovation a couple weeks ago. The customer bought this home that was originally built in 1955 and not much had changed since then. The kitchen cabinets were removed and replaced with shaker style cabinets. The countertop water heater was relocated allowing a full wall to wall countertop to be installed along with a dishwasher which this kitchen desperately needed. After some subfloor repairs the old flooring was removed and a new LVT was installed. A few additional outlets and switches were added as well as a vent hood over the stove. Overall this dark kitchen was transformed into my favorite room in the home! If you have any home repairs or remodels you need help with please let me know!

Here is a quick and simple bathroom renovation. We removed the old paneling, installed bead board and trim, painted, installed a new medicine cabinet, and installed new flooring. A few simple changes can make a difference.
