COWLES CLINIC UROLOGY will be holding a MASS VACCINATION clinic on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Cowles Clinic, 1000 Cowles Clinic Way, CEDAR COTTAGE (Lower Level). First come, first serve.

Please bring your state issued ID or Drivers License and Insurance Card. If you have a Medicare Advantage plan, please bring your traditional red, white, and blue Medicare card.

No insurance? No problem! Under the Emergency Use Authorization, the vaccines are provided at no cost to the patient.

While vaccination eligibility is open in Georgia to anyone age 16 and older, we can ONLY vaccinate patients age 18 and older due to our use of only the Moderna vaccine. If you are under age 18 but age 16 and older, we suggest you seek a vaccination site that offers the Pfizer vaccine, as this is the only vaccine that has been recommended for use in 16 and 17 year-old patients.

We no longer have a Waiting List so if you are interested in receiving the Moderna Vaccine, you are welcome to come to the Mass Vaccination on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
