EXCITING new things coming to the gym this fall!! I've been talking about it for 3 years and FINALLY did it. Got the TRX S Frame to teach Full TRX classes! We've also added Self Defense classes with Anna and Buddy Hinson AND Cardio Dance Classes with Mallory Hamilton!!! I will post a schedule of classes in just a bit!

We've added a new class. Cardio Dance Class (like Zumba) Tuesdays at 5:30pm. SO MUCH FUN!! 45 min of dance, laughter and fun. Call Bethany to register. Instructor Teshia Whitfield from Tuscaloosa.

Greensboro main street is looking so beautiful with all the flowers and improvements. I am proud to join in with these beautiful planters and flowers at A1 Fitness. I'm not a gardner but I think they turned out pretty nice. 😍😍

We’re looking for some help in designing our logo for the 2024 market season, so we’re reaching out to our local kids for some support.

Here are the rules—

• participants must be 8-10 years of age and reside in Hale County

• all designs must be submitted by March 16

• get creative and HAVE FUN!

The winning design will serve as the OFFICIAL logo for the season and will be featured on all marketing material. Bags, posters, stickers, t-shirts, flyers—whatever we create to promote our little market. Top four designers will win a special prize and their creations will be featured in the Greensboro Watchman!

Greensboro Elementary has incorporated the competition into their art program. A huge thank you to the educators and principal at the school for helping out with this very exciting program.

Thank you to the Greensboro Watchman for announcing the competition in last week’s paper.
