Four weeks after upper eyelid surgery, and look at this difference. Her eyes are brighter, more open, and her whole expression carries a calmer, more relaxed energy.

This was done in the office under local anesthesia, and she’s been recovering so smoothly that her second postop visit was virtual—so these photos are her own, taken at home.

She’s thrilled with her result, and I’m grateful she allowed me to share her images.

This patient is just one month out from liposuction of the chin and neck, performed in the office under local anesthesia. In the right patient, this is a powerful way to refine the jawline and contour the area under the chin with minimal downtime.
