"I feel more confident in my skin after just one treatment than I have in YEARS!"

This patient came to me with concerns of acne scarring, enlarged pores, uneven texture, fine lines, under-eye puffiness, and pigmentation.

After just one microneedling session, we’re already seeing beautiful, natural improvements—smoother texture, refined pores (especially through the T-zone), softened expression lines on the chin and forehead, and fading of pigmentation on her cheek area. Same patient. Same energy. Just a few more angles.

80 years young and still very much thriving.
15+ years after her first facelift, she noticed some return of neck laxity—so we refreshed things with a mini facelift in the office under local anesthesia.

No general anesthesia. No downtime fog. Just a clean, focused reset.

Different views… same outcome: she looks like herself—just lifted, sharper, and completely in sync with her spirit.

“I will survive” might be the theme… but she’s doing a whole lot more than that.

A fuller breast shape without implants.
This patient is shown before and 1 month after a bilateral breast lift with abdominal liposuction and fat transfer to the breasts.

She wanted more fullness and improved shape, but did not want an implant. By using her own fat, we were able to enhance breast volume naturally while also slimming the abdomen through liposuction.

At just one month, she is still a bit swollen, but much of the volume that remains now is expected to last long term. Most importantly, she is thrilled with her outcome.

Very grateful to this patient for trusting me with her care and allowing me to share her result.

Not all plastic surgery procedures carry the same risk of patient dissatisfaction.

In my experience, the biggest reasons patients end up unhappy usually come down to 2 things:

1. Unexpected problems that can happen in any surgery.

2. A mismatch between what the patient pictured in their mind and what surgery can realistically deliver.

That second issue is often the harder one.

Two procedures where that can matter a lot:
Rhinoplasty — because translating a plan into a consistent surgical result is highly technical and nuanced.
Liposuction without skin removal — because fat can be removed, but loose skin may still remain if that possibility is not clearly understood beforehand.

Neither of these are “bad” procedures. They just demand especially careful planning, patient selection, and honest pre-op counseling.

That’s why I believe one of the most important parts of my job is being direct up front about what surgery can and cannot do. Better clarity before surgery usually means a better experience after surgery.
