Welcome to A Better Well Being! My name is Elizabeth "Bette" George and I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist. I have over 22 years of direct massage and bodywork experience. I hold state and national certifications in numerous modalities including:
- Deep Tissue
- Sports Massage
- Hot Stone
- Swedish
- Oriental Bar Massage Therapy
- Shirodhara: Ayurveda therapy that involves gently pouring therapeutic oils over the forehead (the 'third eye')
- Champissage: Ayurveda therapy that involves a head and scalp massage
- Reflexology: Pressure point massage

Not only do I provide quality massage and bodywork but I'm also a licensed skin care therapist/aesthitician. My skin care services include natural and organic skin care products catered to the skin condition. My studio is located conveniently in the heart of Downtown Greensboro at the Bryan Family YMCA.
