May is Mental Health Awareness Month—but mental health isn’t just something we “acknowledge.” It’s something we actively care for, every single day.

Here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to have everything figured out to deserve peace.
You don’t have to be “at your worst” to ask for help.
And you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

This month, challenge yourself to check in—for real:
How am I actually feeling?
What do I need more of? Less of?
What am I avoiding that deserves my attention?

Taking care of your mental health can look like setting boundaries, going to therapy, getting outside, resting without guilt, or simply being honest with yourself.

Whatever it looks like for you—start there.

💚 Your mental health matters. Not just this month. Always.

“How are you?”

Be honest… when was the last time you really answered that question? And when was the last time you really listened to someone else’s answer?

We live in a world where conversations can feel rushed, surface-level, and routine—but this feature is a reminder that real connection starts when we slow down, get present, and choose to truly hear one another.

We are incredibly honored to be featured in TIME as part of this important conversation around what it means to ask—and answer—“how are you?” with intention 🤍

So let’s try something different today…
Drop one word below that describes how you’re actually feeling right now. No filters. No pressure. Just honesty 💬

There’s one simple rule for making the everyday question meaningful again.

Sometimes progress looks like:
• setting one boundary
• having one hard conversation
• getting out of bed when it felt impossible
• choosing not to text them back

Small shifts are still shifts.

This season might not look flashy, but quiet growth is still growth.

What’s one small win you’ve had lately? 💬

02/24/2026

I’ve read too many headlines.
I've heard too many parents cry.

And every single year, I ask myself the same question:
When does awareness become change?

We live in a world where a celebrity's death sparks more mental health conversation than a million quiet struggles happening in our own neighborhoods.

That's not a criticism — it's a call.

A call to stop waiting for a tragedy to start the conversation.
A call to sit with the discomfort instead of scrolling past it.
A call to be the reason someone feels less alone TODAY.

Mental health isn't a trending topic.
It's someone's mother. Someone's child. Someone's best friend.

The stigma is a wall. Let's be the people who tear it down — one honest conversation at a time.

If this moved you, pass it on. Someone in your network needs to see it. 💚

February is a reminder that growth is happening

Growth doesn’t always look dramatic. Sometimes it looks like:

• Responding differently instead of reacting
• Choosing peace over proving a point
• Letting go of what no longer aligns
• Showing up for yourself in small, consistent ways

Even if no one else sees it, your progress matters.

This month is a reminder that healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more of who you’ve always been.

What is one way you’ve grown recently?

Finding a therapist is like finding a safe space for you to be authentically yourself, to talk about the things that are bothering you, and to discuss what doesn't seem real. Turning the TV off and finding you is so much better! 💖

02/13/2026

Everything feels like a lot lately.

The group chats.
The deadlines.
The expectations.
The news.
The pressure to “be good” at everything.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, you’re not weak. You’re overloaded.

Pause. Unclench your jaw. Drop your shoulders. Take one full breath.

You’re allowed to move slower than the world around you.

What’s one thing you’re giving yourself permission to release this week? 💭

Thank you so much Boss Moves Magazine She Rises Studios for featuring me in your latest edition. I’ve have the privilege to discuss how Authenticity gives authority. Especially in the mental health space ! Read all about it, and tell us, how do you show up authentically in spaces?

Comparison is sneaky.
It shows up when you’re already tired, already trying, already doing your best.

Scrolling can make it feel like everyone else is ahead—more healed, more successful, more put together. But what you’re seeing is a highlight reel, not the whole story. You don’t see the doubts, the setbacks, the late nights, or the support it took to get there.

Your path isn’t behind. It’s just yours.
Growth doesn’t have a timeline, and healing doesn’t look the same for everyone.

If comparison has been weighing on you lately, try this:
Pause. Breathe. Gently bring your focus back to your progress—no matter how small it feels.

✨ You are allowed to move at your own pace.

What’s one way you can show yourself compassion instead of comparison today?
