One day...you’ve got to decide when it’ll be your last day 1. When will you decide that health is more important than a 1 month resolution? When will “I’ll wait til Monday” change to, “no, I’m starting right now”? Life is about decisions. You can decide to rise, or regress and fall. You can decide to be great or settle for basic/mediocre. It’s all a choice.

Your health is one of the biggest choices that you can either: invest in now, or pay for later. Be wise and invest in it now!
