As a little girl, I dreamed of becoming a nurse. Yesterday, that dream came full circle in a beautiful way. I had the honor of facilitating a workshop for nurse consultants from across North Carolina with the Department of Health and Human Services. We focused on sustainable self-care practices, and it was truly a privilege to teach and empower the compassionate professionals who lead in care across our state. What a full-circle moment!
