Their mamas met in our lobby, and quickly realized their baby boys also share a name - welcome to the world Beckett N. and Beckett M.!

“You’re the first doctor who really took the time to understand what’s going on with me!”

I just got out of my fifth consultation THIS WEEK where a new patient told me this.

To be honest, though the compliment’s nice to hear, it saddens me more than anything…

Because the term “health care” has been misused.

We’ll spend an hour in a waiting room only to spend 5 minutes with someone who prescribes temporary “fix” for an underlying issue that isn’t resolved.

I believe there’s another path that involves:
👉 Listening and understanding
👉 Testing and discovery
👉 Going beyond symptoms and getting to the root
