My morning anti-inflammatory tonic! I recommend drinking this on an empty stomach early in the day. If possible wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before eating a meal, but if you can, fast until lunch after consuming. This drink does contain caffeine (if you include the matcha powder) so you might want to leave it out if you are sensitive or are making the drink later in the day. -1/2 cup of water
-1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
-1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder
-1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
-1/3 to 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
-the juice of a lime or lemon
-pinch of sea salt
-3/4 inch piece of peeled raw ginger
-And if you fancy… 1/2 or one teaspoon of black seed oil

This event is designed to optimize your self-healing abilities while generating an abundance of happy energy!
Licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, and Qi Gong instructor Phillip Ward L.Ac, will open this class with an herbal tonic to help center the mind and modulate the immune system. Participants will then be guided through specific breathing exercises, movements, and meditations designed to open and balance the acupuncture meridians, the three dan tians(energy centers) and the microcosmic orbit. The ancient breathing techniques offered in this course saturate the body with oxygen and nitric oxide accelerating our self-healing capabilities. The result is not only increased arterial blood flow and a stronger immune system, but a heightened state of calm, bliss, and intuition.
