Out Of The Rocky And Barren Places, There Is Hope.
Despite the rocky places in your life, there is hope. Despite the moments you wanted to give up, there is hope. Despite the challenges that kept coming one after the other, there is hope. I know personally the power of hope because I, too, am a survivor of trauma. For this reason, I have launched a professional counseling practice that empowers individuals, professional helpers, first responders, and families to survive their traumas by regaining their power through practicing self compassion toward their sufferings and by making safety a priority in every part of their lives. Trauma and its co-occurring emotional, spiritual, mental and even physical issues try to steal our joy, peace, and security from our lives. Therefore, we feel trap in our minds and bodies that seem not to thrive or move in the direction of wellness. I am here as a licensed professional counselor to support you, teach you, and guide you as you courageously face how your past and/or current trauma(s) have impacted your decisions, relationships, and life goals. You deserve to be whole and well. Take a healthy risk today and show yourself compassion by obtaining the help you need. Because, I did. And, today, I live victoriously.
