💛 Every Child Deserves to Be Heard 💛

When Evie was 6, she stopped speaking.

Not because she couldn’t — but because the world no longer felt safe enough to use her voice. The trauma she experienced silenced her laughter, her questions, her songs.

Then she came to Family Service of the Piedmont. At first, progress came in small signs: pointing instead of speaking, then soft sounds, then one-word answers. Slowly, over a year and a half of therapy and medication management, Evie began to speak again, not just at home, but in school, in public, and eventually, anywhere.

Today, Evie is nine years old and thriving. Her voice - once silenced by fear - now rings out loud, proud and joyful.

But there are still so many children like Evie who are waiting to be heard.

Your donation to our Families First Annual Campaign helps children heal from trauma, find their voices, and reclaim their futures.

Together, we can make sure no child’s voice is lost to fear again.

💛 Every Child Deserves a Safe, Nurturing Home. 💛

When Maria became a new mom, she felt alone and unsure about her parenting abilities. Sleepless nights, financial stress, and uncertainty made it hard to cope... until she connected with Family Service of the Piedmont.

Through parenting classes, home visits, and a caring community, Maria learned positive ways to handle stress and build a healthy bond with her baby. Today, she’s confident, supported, and thriving as a parent. 🌿

Stories like Maria’s happen every day — but only because of people like you.

Your gift to our Annual Campaign helps us reach more families before crisis strikes, providing:
👶 Parenting education and support
💬 In-home case management and guidance
🧴 Material support and donations

Together, we can strengthen families and keep children safe.

🌟 Meet Margaret 🌟

After losing her husband, the bills began piling up and Margaret feared losing her house.

Then she found Family Service of the Piedmont. Through our Consumer Credit Counseling Services programs, Margaret met with a financial coach, created a budget, and secured a mortgage she could manage. Today, she’s not only caught up on bills, she has security for her future. 💪

Stories like Margaret's are made possible because of people like you.

Your gift to the Annual Campaign helps provide the tools, education, and support that empower individuals and families to achieve long-term financial stability.
