Hello Facebook friends and followers, I'm so excited to share my first track with you on Insight Timer. I will be adding more tracks that include this powerful breathing practice… Brahmari, or Bumblebee breathing. It's such a simple and effective way to reduce anxiety, relax and get grounded.
Good for everyone, and especially Vata, I've also found it to be extremely helpful in going to sleep or going back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night.

I'm ready to get back to online teaching and excited to offer a continuation of my foundational "essence of yoga" curriculum. This class will provide benefit for relatively new and experienced students, and teachers of yoga who may want to introduce these actions to their students in a way that is easy and accessible.

Part lecture and part practice, this class discusses will go over the five major bandhas – pelvic, abdominal, throat, hand, and foot. Learn how to use these actions to support posture and movement, and to bring a sense of lightness, lift, and confidence in every day life.
