Hello Facebook friends and followers, I'm so excited to share my first track with you on Insight Timer. I will be adding more tracks that include this powerful breathing practice… Brahmari, or Bumblebee breathing. It's such a simple and effective way to reduce anxiety, relax and get grounded.
Good for everyone, and especially Vata, I've also found it to be extremely helpful in going to sleep or going back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night.
