America is going through a lot — politically, socially, environmentally. Many of us are carrying emotional weight: anxiety about safety, grief over violence, worry about financial stress, isolation from political or social divide, and concern about how to protect ourselves and others. These aren’t small things. They build up. It’s okay to disconnect & log off. It’s okay to seek a safe space to talk.
