Whether you are just getting started on your fitness journey or have been in it for years just looking to mix things up, we have something for everyone. The main focus in small group is strength and conditioning, modifications are available for all fitness levels. Small group classes M-F: 6:00A/7:30A/8:30A/4:30P

Fudgy. Sweet. Protein-packed. 🔥
These brownies are a go-to for when I want
dessert without blowing my macros.

Made with nonfat Greek yogurt + protein, they’re low in fat, high in flavor, and great for post-workout fuel.

Each one has:
💪 10g protein
⚡ 105 calories
🥑 Just 2g fat

What You’ll Need:
• 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
• 2 egg whites (or 1 egg)
• 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
• 1/4 cup almond milk
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup protein
• 1/4 cup oat flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• Pinch of salt
1️⃣ Mix yogurt, egg whites, honey, milk & vanilla
2️⃣ Stir in cocoa, protein powder, flour, baking powder & salt
3️⃣ Pour into 8x8” pan
4️⃣ Bake @ 350°F for 18–20 mins
5️⃣ Cool & slice into 9 squares

We offer three distinct class tracks to support your fitness journey—Strength & Conditioning, Bodybuilding, and Functional Fitness—so no matter your starting point, there’s a path designed just for you.

Strength & Conditioning classes emphasize foundational lifts like squats, deadlifts, and bench press to build overall power and stability. Conditioning segments focus on simple, effective movements—no gymnastics or Olympic lifting—making them accessible and efficient for all fitness levels.

Meet our owner and head coach. Jessica Kennedy opened The Kennedy Compound 13 years ago. She has a Bacholer's degree in Exercise Science and has a passion for helping people move better while accomplishing their individual goals.

She is married to Eric and they welcomed their first child, Crew, to the world this past May.
