Great news, everyone!! I met with my surgeon this morning, and I continue to be ahead of schedule with my recovery. I have been released to work at 50% of my normal volume starting next week!! We will work at this level over the next few weeks, and gradually increase until I’m back to my normal work capacity. Thank you all for being supportive during my recovery!! Lets Go!!! Update: surgery went well. 3 rotator cuff muscles were fixed. My bicep tendon was moved and 3 anchors had to be used to re-attatch it. (A first time ever for my surgeon). My posterior labrum was sewn back together. My collarbone was trimmed to allow more space. Now, it’s “hurry up and wait” for things to heal in order to start rehab. Thanks to everyone that reached out to check on me. The support is so appreciated!!! Onward and upward from here!!!
