Gasps of wondrous delight are a BIG part of a Fairy Godmother Party! And she can "Tell" if others are magical...such as when she sees a little boy or girl who is very kind and gentle with animals, or can make a sad person smile?... this definitely indicates they have magic in them! ...But as there are no sad people or animals around, she simply shows the children that they ALL have a touch of magic!
