She comes with experience serving a diverse range of clients, including first responders, teenagers and youth, and couples. With a focus on important topics such as body image, self-esteem, chronic illness, and medical trauma, Grayson provides a supportive space to process the weight of these experiences, build coping strategies, and foster healing.
