No matter what it is, there is a way to find balance. You simply have to help yourself. Also remember to move your body. Motion is lotion and movement is healing for body, mind, spirit and soul! 💜

Fear is your friend. It is a messenger saying you have a 100 percent energy. Fear and Joy are the same energy, but they are being filtered through different beliefs. When you filter your energy through a positive belief, you feel expansion and you feel joy. That feeling let's you know that you are filtering your energy through a positive belief that is in alignment with who you are. When you feel fear, you are filtering your energy through a belief that is not in alignment with who you truly are. Fear let's you know this so you can do something about it. Fear shows you that you have a belief system you need to reevaluate. Fear says find out what that belief is and let it go then your energy will flow through a more positive belief and then you will feel better. So next time fear is knocking on your door, think about what it has come to tell you, and what is making you feel this energy. Is it attached to a belief system that no longer serves you?
