I use a holistic approach that will extract the solution from within you. My office provides a safe, peaceful setting to explore troubling situations, conflicts and self-defeating behavioral patterns openly; as well as a foundation on which to rebuild that which has fallen down. I provide therapy services for individuals, couples and families that have struggles with mental health, substance abuse and disability adjustment issues. Everyone’s needs and preferences are different. To accommodate busy lives, I am happy to offer daytime, evening and weekend services.
