Our center can be found in Greensboro, North Carolina - a beautiful city known for its many attractions, endless entertainment, and rich history. We're just a short drive from Wesley Long Hospital and from Piedmont Triad International Airport. We've been proudly serving the Greensboro community since 1994.

At Guilford Health Care Center, being an active part of the community is important to us. We’re involved in many local charities and events including the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, Breast Cancer Awareness, Winter Walk for AIDS, American Health Care Association, and more.

We’re also proud of our Center and the exceptional care we provide, and we offer one of the area’s largest rehabilitation gyms with the most modern equipment available.

Our Center is clean, bright, beautifully decorated and features two enclosed courtyards, a private and cozy courtyard café, an on-site barber and beauty salon, and much more. It’s the perfect environment for complete recovery.
