WE HAVE RESUMED BUSINESS HOURS!
Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same, our commitment to your safety.
Our infection control processes are made so that when you receive care, it's both safe and comfortable. You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:
*We have taken the extra precaution of installing 5 hospital grade iWave air purifiers within the office ventilation system that will help to reduce bacteria and viruses in the air.
* As always, our staff will be wearing proper PPE to facilitate a healthy and safe visit for patients and staff.
*We will be taking temperatures of all staff members at the start of each day.
*Prior to the start of treatment we will be taking temperatures of all patients and providing you with a peroxide based rinse to swish, that helps to reduce bacteria and viruses.
*We are now asking our patients to enter the office through the side door to the right of the building, bypassing the waiting area, where we will be able to check you in and guide you to a treatment area immediately upon arrival.
*We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the office at any time.
*Because appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you're offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
*Our office will communicate with you beforehand when trying to schedule and confirm appointments. Some screening questions may be asked. Please respect this initial contact and return our messages to confirm/schedule/reschedule as opposed to just showing up or not showing up, so that we may prepare for your visit accordingly.
We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to provide you with the best care possible. To make an appointment, please call our office at (336)288-7422 and Nancy will be happy to help!
