Group therapy is a focused environment where your child can learn and practice essential social, emotional, and coping skills.

Group Details

Duration:

Each group session is 60 minutes long. This will allow your child to have time to build a relationship with other participants, learn new social-emotional skills, and have a safe space to practice while receiving support.

Curriculum:

Our carefully crafted 6-month curriculum is founded on CBT and DBT clinical orientation. They will begin in September and cover a range of meaningful mental health topics and techniques. The goal is to empower your child in learning how they can manage their emotions and develop coping strategies.

The benefits of exercise on mental health are significant and varied. When it comes to exercise, I think the key is MOVEMENT.

Movement can include:

Running.
Gardening.
Playing outside with friends.
Swimming.
