Ever notice how the sound of the ocean can instantly calm you?

The ocean drum recreates the sound of waves moving in and out. With just a gentle tilt, the small beads inside roll across the surface and create that familiar sound.

It’s one that many of us recognize deeply. The brain calms, and something in the body remembers how to slow down.

That’s why I often include the ocean drum in sessions. It invites relaxation and a return to a steadier pace of breath. 🌊

Why do I keep it in its case?
It helps soften the sound in smaller spaces.
