Our hugs are how it all began.
The first time I hugged you, I knew I wanted to be closer to you.🥰

🌈I couldn’t have imagined the magic we would be co-creating 3 years later.

I’m so grateful to be traveling through space and time with you.
May we continue to inspire love and connection within ourselves, each other, and for all beings.

Thank you for being born and for being awesome.
You are a gift to all who know you and the heart opening medicine of who you creates ripples that expand beyond space and time.

Lately I have been contemplating the beauty of beginnership.

Each morning we have the chance at Being in a state of beginnership. A place of learning.
We can choose to listen, breathe, and surrender to the mystery.
Again and again.

How magical is that?
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

Altar spaces have supported my practice of surrender over the last 10 years.
It’s here that I am with myself most fully, where I contemplate most deeply and where I can completely let go and trust that every moment is a chance to look at the world with fresh eyes.
I can take it all off at the altar and simply be in a state of beginnership again.
🙏🏻I am so grateful.🙏🏻

I like to remember that what we place at the altar will be altered. 🌈

A bridge between the seen and the unseen,
A way to the truth,
A return,
A remembering of who I am.

🌿2026 marks my sixth year on the Plant Medicine path.
This month, I was called to a 40 day journey with Stinging Nettle, guided by the beautiful, magical .
To say the journey has been transformational would be an understatement.
🌱Stinging Nettle has been showing me the deep inner work available to me now in the present moments to create powerful change in my life.
She connects me to the big, potent journeys I embarked upon with Master Teacher plants over the years to connect and make visible anything ready to be cleared.
Fragments of patterning become known to me, allowing me to choose differently; She connects so lovingly to what remains that the path unfolds in flows, bringing me back home to my heart and authenticity in a gentle and peaceful way....even when it's challenging.
💚Stinging Nettle brings awareness to the Divine nature of all living beings and reminds me of how special planet Earth truly is.
Each day reveals a new layer of love and acceptance for myself and others, allowing for grace I have never known.
🙏🏻Thank you, Stinging Nettle for carrying my prayers and being an ally of support in my human experience, and for showing me the love I deserve again and again.
I am eternally grateful for this path, the wisdom of the plants, and Mother Earth for holding me. How sweet it is to build relationships with the plants...and the people...and the animals....I could go on....

🌀This gathering explores what happens between feeling something, understanding it, and allowing it to integrate.
When what we feel, sense, and say begin to align, the body relaxes and things start to make more sense, within ourselves and in how we communicate with others.

🌀During our time together, you’ll be guided to notice subtle shifts in the body-shifts in breath, sensation, and awareness-that often appear when something meaningful is beginning to take shape,
We will create a space where awareness can land more fully in the body through language and somatics.

🌀If you’ve ever had an experience where you felt something deeply but couldn’t quite find the words for it, our channeled exploration may be just right for you.

What once moved through me in quiet, liminal spaces
now lives in print.

Thank you for this collaboration.

These pieces of channeled artwork and poetry from plant medicine integration have been published, and I’m letting myself feel the fullness of that.

It feels like a dream…
and also like something very real choosing to take form.

I’ve spent years in conversation with the unseen,
translating what lives beyond language.

To share it openly now,
without fear, without hiding…
feels like a threshold crossed.

Grateful to be here.
Grateful to let it be seen.

I love a plot twist.

Part of the excitement of living is the not knowing.

Wouldn’t it be boring if you already knew the script?

We are living in the great unknown everyday.
I’m accepting invitations from the Universe, allowing surrender to create a magical flow.

I’ve noticed that when I give myself space and time, pauses in my routine, or gaps in my schedule, something I’ve been calling in shows up right before my eyes.

a love letter

Becoming-
A powerful gift,
Bestowed at birth,
An imprint of soul desire.
A co-creation,
Divine collaboration-
Of truth.

Slow burn,
Rapid fire,
Twists and turns,
Ebbs and flows.
A dance,
A chance,
A climb up,
A slide back down,
A peek inside,
A deep dive.

Remember your breath,
Pure energy of creator.
Breathe to receive,
Your heart’s melody.
Remember?

Weaving,
Grieving,
Dying,
Rising.
You are born for this.

Living and thriving.
Thriving through living.

CACAO 10/11/25

I can feel something coming,
Something shifting.
A becoming.

I sense it by the callings that sweep through my body,
The echoes of the Ancestors whispering,
A calling to be still,
The call of the Mother,
the medicine,
To sit,
To breathe,
To listen.

And just before I listen,
I become restless,
As a child,
Running wild,
For a moment,
A blip.

I’m learning,
To balance simple pleasure with big shifts.
To stay present in each moment
of consciousness,
Tuning into the smallest and quietest of intricacies,
Listening to the birds.
And the squirrels.
Minding the details while holding the essence of the bigger picture.

I call upon the winged ones as I journey to the Root.
I am guided by direct and Divine light,
It moves through my body as energy,
It shows me which way to move next.

Enjoying the present,
Finding stillness,
Loving the lessons as much as the blessings,
Communicating effectively.
Building trust.
With myself
and others,
Bridging worlds.
Being kind,
With myself
and others,
Everyday.
Being LOVE.
