Sitting in sunshine.

I got to have lunch today with two powerful and passionate young ladies.

🙏🏻I’m so grateful to be able to witness the forces of energy they are and the light they bring to this world and shed on me.
I love hearing their reflections about the state of things, their ideas, their plans, their relationships. I feel so lucky to share time with them.
I am humbled to be the one chosen to birth them into being and to be able witness their human experience unfold.
I am so grateful.🙏🏻

They are wildly different from one another and somehow so much the same.

I cherish them.❤️

The beautiful being responsible for this photo full of love is a three-year-old Faery 🧚🏻princess named Emilia.
She’s a joy and I can’t believe I got to spend the day with her. What a gift!

❤️🙏🏻May we know that with all going on in the world, we can continue to keep our hearts open, our words kind, and our loved ones close with smiles on our faces while our hearts are also breaking for the state of things.
❤️🙏🏻May we trust in our purpose and be present, coherent, loving, and alive with integrity.

A few months ago, I spent a morning with my gifted photographer friend, Autumn .photography.
I asked her to photograph me, being me as I move authentically through the various ways I connect with myself and the Divine within.
This first series is a channeling of healing energy brought through me, straight from Source for whomever wants to witness a visual transmission of LOVE resonance moving through the human heart.

As for working with .photography, I was so deeply relaxed and able to tune into my practices authentically with her clear and grounded presence. She is brilliant to work with!

Collaborating in Sacred containers continues to melt me, softening my heart, enlivening my being, shifting my human experience.

Being in community is such a rich part of my Life.
Witnessing and Sharing gifts, Remembering who we are,
Being present with the Earth and one another,
In tune with the Vibration of Truth.

I’m grateful for the breathtaking views and the charming villages that had me feeling out loud!
I’m grateful for the people of Greece I met along the way who freely shared their stories, food, smiles, hugs, and kisses with me.

Greece, Chapter 1.

My heart is called to the temples, the altars.
I visit lands my soul whispers to me about.
I walk on grounds that activate a deep remembering.
Living in community, bridging worlds, honoring the land, the sky, the water, the creator.

Tears fall.
I hear “In times of unrest, I speak truth.”

Speaking kindness and truth in this world makes a difference.
It ripples.

I allow myself to feel the pain in my heart, acknowledging the human reaction to destroy what it does not understand.
I move into Acceptance.

I imagine a world where no one has to feel displaced, where we all are free to live, practice, and BE who we are.
A beautiful, colorful tapestry of Life.
I hold this vision I’ve had since childhood.

I touch the ground, breathe, and vow to remain curious, kind, and humble in my words and in my actions.

The wind blows fiercely.

I smile and remember the LOVE that moves in me.
LOVE is the answer.
Live and move with love for self and others.
LOVE is the foundation.

And just like that a new chapter begins!

A chapter unplanned.
All in divine timing’s hands.

One day in February, upon waking in the morning,
a sweetness filled my apartment and I heard “yoga teacher training is next”.
It was unexpected, and I followed the voice anyway.
My guides, my higher self, love.
Little did I know of the richness that is now my state of being.
The path unfolded before my eyes.
The blessings have been abundant.

I am loving awareness.
I am grateful for the nudge.
I am grateful for
I am grateful for .

🧘I am a certified 200 hour yoga instructor🧘

I had the most beautiful experience with who is an absolute dream of a guide and teacher on this journey of becoming.

I made beautiful new friends on a path of self discovery and we celebrated the joy of being human together!

Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you Universe.
For deepening my practice.
For deepening my discipline,
My integrity,
My self love,
And thank you for clarity on my path.
I am open to receiving the LOVE the Universe has to offer me.

Yoga has found me again and again since 2008.
Yoga knows how to support me in my process.
I let go.
I trust.
I surrender.
I open to the LOVE of this magical Universe.

Today, I am a very shiny, happy, loving warrior and I am grateful to have celebrated with my two favorite dinner dates!
