As I continue to work on this painting of Brigid,
I am contemplating nuance.

So many nuances in communication.

In human expression, our words can mean one thing to us and another to an other.
Our tone can be felt.
Tone can re-create a lived experience for the listener.
That can feel good or not.
The sounds we make can feel soothing to some, and like nails on a chalkboard to others;
I mean, maybe some people even like that sound.

I find it fascinating that every person’s view of the same experience can be so different.
Sometimes worlds apart.

I’ve spent the last couple of days deep diving with Brigid.
It’s been a powerful journey, which led to painting.
I’m feeling an immense amount of gratitude for my new studio space.
I’m happy to be painting again, In my home.

I love a plot twist.

Part of the excitement of living is the not knowing.

Wouldn’t it be boring if you already knew the script?

We are living in the great unknown everyday.
I’m accepting invitations from the Universe, allowing surrender to create a magical flow.

I’ve noticed that when I give myself space and time, pauses in my routine, or gaps in my schedule, something I’ve been calling in shows up right before my eyes.

a love letter

Becoming-
A powerful gift,
Bestowed at birth,
An imprint of soul desire.
A co-creation,
Divine collaboration-
Of truth.

Slow burn,
Rapid fire,
Twists and turns,
Ebbs and flows.
A dance,
A chance,
A climb up,
A slide back down,
A peek inside,
A deep dive.

Remember your breath,
Pure energy of creator.
Breathe to receive,
Your heart’s melody.
Remember?

Weaving,
Grieving,
Dying,
Rising.
You are born for this.

Living and thriving.

“BE WHERE YOUR HANDS ARE.”

Last night in a deep journey I remembered this simple message that has come through from Spirit time and time again.

The simplicity of presence.
The joy of presence.
The LOVE felt in presence.

My fingers became like roots of ancient trees,
Reminding me.
Through my hands I am fulfilled.
The language of touch rippling sensation into my heart.
I am grateful for my hands.
Where my hands are, I am.
Creating beauty in all they do, an extension of my commitment to be here on Earth.
To share my gifts.
To dig in.
To create.
To root and rise.
To nourish myself and nurture others.
My hands are presents,
Gifts given to me for sharing my presence.

CACAO 10/11/25

I can feel something coming,
Something shifting.
A becoming.

I sense it by the callings that sweep through my body,
The echoes of the Ancestors whispering,
A calling to be still,
The call of the Mother,
the medicine,
To sit,
To breathe,
To listen.

And just before I listen,
I become restless,
As a child,
Running wild,
For a moment,
A blip.

I’m learning,
To balance simple pleasure with big shifts.
To stay present in each moment
of consciousness,
Tuning into the smallest and quietest of intricacies,
Listening to the birds.
And the squirrels.
Minding the details while holding the essence of the bigger picture.

I call upon the winged ones as I journey to the Root.
I am guided by direct and Divine light,
It moves through my body as energy,
It shows me which way to move next.

Enjoying the present,
Finding stillness,
Loving the lessons as much as the blessings,
Communicating effectively.
Building trust.
With myself
and others,
Bridging worlds.
Being kind,
With myself
and others,
Everyday.
Being LOVE.

Sitting in sunshine.

I got to have lunch today with two powerful and passionate young ladies.

🙏🏻I’m so grateful to be able to witness the forces of energy they are and the light they bring to this world and shed on me.
I love hearing their reflections about the state of things, their ideas, their plans, their relationships. I feel so lucky to share time with them.
I am humbled to be the one chosen to birth them into being and to be able witness their human experience unfold.
I am so grateful.🙏🏻

They are wildly different from one another and somehow so much the same.

❤️Sometimes we get these days.
I cherish them.❤️

The beautiful being responsible for this photo full of love is a three-year-old Faery 🧚🏻princess named Emilia.
She’s a joy and I can’t believe I got to spend the day with her. What a gift!

❤️🙏🏻May we know that with all going on in the world, we can continue to keep our hearts open, our words kind, and our loved ones close with smiles on our faces while our hearts are also breaking for the state of things.
❤️🙏🏻May we trust in our purpose and be present, coherent, loving, and alive with integrity.

A few months ago, I spent a morning with my gifted photographer friend, Autumn .photography.
I asked her to photograph me, being me as I move authentically through the various ways I connect with myself and the Divine within.
This first series is a channeling of healing energy brought through me, straight from Source for whomever wants to witness a visual transmission of LOVE resonance moving through the human heart.

As for working with .photography, I was so deeply relaxed and able to tune into my practices authentically with her clear and grounded presence. She is brilliant to work with!
