Water before coffee—here’s why ☕️💧

After 7–8 hours of sleep, your body is already mildly dehydrated.
Reaching for water before coffee helps:
• Support cortisol balance
• Improve energy (without the crash)
• Aid digestion + detox pathways
• Reduce jitters and anxiety

You don’t have to give up coffee—just hydrate first.

Constipation isn’t always a fiber problem!
Sometimes it’s a nervous system problem.

If your body is stuck in stress mode, digestion slows.
Peristalsis (the movement that pushes stool through) is parasympathetic-driven — aka rest & digest.

Before adding more fiber (and bloating yourself 😆), try this instead:
• magnesium & B6
• adequate hydration
• nervous system regulation (breathing, rhythm, safety)

Your gut doesn’t need force.
