Remember we can never change another person, we can only change our response to their behavior.

So when someone repeatedly is dishonest, abusive, disrespectful, or manipulative, it’s up to you to stop playing in their game.

You’re not a victim. You are being victimized, but never take on the title of victim to describe yourself.

(Heavy on... I'm not mad at you. That's who you are. That's your character. Be that character, but I'm not dealing with it.-)

Hello all and happy Friday! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted. Just an update… I do offer private equipment classes in my home. I have a Balanced Body Reformer, tower, and chair. I also contract out to teach group mat classes on occasion. I am located in Hempfield. Message me if interested in hearing more!
