For the last month, we have been making the Covid19 masks as described earlier. To date over 400 masks have been made and distributed free. Just for a break in the action, we would like to show you some of the other projects we have done. 3D printed lithophane nightlights are always a unique product to make. These are printed from actual photographs and when backlit with an LED nightlight, create an interesting ambience in a darkened room. The lithos are 3D printed on a white marble textured plastic and exhibit no discernable image when the room is lit, but in a darkened room, with the night light on, the image appears. Magic!

Helping in anyway we can.
In late March of this year, when the Covid-19 first struck our county, we had learned that our healthcare professionals had very little and inadequate personal protection equipment. At that time, we researched possible solutions which we could produce on our 3D printers. The pictures below are representative of the masks that we had made and are continuing to make. As of April 23, we have produced over 400+ of these masks. Additionally, we produced mask shields and ear guards for conventional N95 masks. The first of these were distributed to local doctors, clinics, nurses and EMT's. Since then we have distributed masks from the Atlantic to the Pacific to anyone who requested them and all free of charge. In keeping with our mission statement, we have partnered with local suppliers such as Atomic Filament of Ligonier, Indiana and have had assistance from the Greensburg, Indiana industries.
