One of the women I’ve been working with over the past few months has been showing up so consistently to classes and doing the work…

And the transformation has been incredible to witness.
She’s down over 30 pounds since the beginning of the year but more than that

She’s navigating a very high-stress life in a completely different way.

Instead of turning to old coping habits, she’s found herself naturally choosing things that actually support her even in really stressful moments.

That’s the kind of shift you can’t force.
That’s what happens when your body and nervous system start to come back into balance.

She’s also shared how much more connected she feels to herself her body, her intuition, her energy…

I didn’t feel motivated… I felt broken. And I showed up anyway.
I didn’t feel strong.
I didn’t feel confident.
I didn’t feel ready.
But I showed up anyway.
There were days I walked into the gym in tears.
Days I felt broken, overwhelmed, and completely drained.
Days where my head was down and my thoughts were loud.
But I still showed up.
Not because it was easy…
but because something in me knew I deserved better.
And here’s what I’ve learned➡️
It’s not about always feeling motivated.
It’s about deciding you’re worth showing up for even when it’s hard.
Because life will test you.
People will doubt you.
You will doubt yourself.
But that doesn’t get to decide who you become.
You do.
And if you’re sitting there feeling stuck, confused, or unsure what to do…
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
Sometimes you just need someone to show you the next step.
That’s exactly what changed everything for me.

Ariel is officially 6 months old 💛

Watching her brother run around like a wild little man
Mimicking everything I do

She’s already trying to steal my food (and my plate 😅)
Has the strongest little grip
And is scooting her way into the next stage so fast

She’s even “helped” me with Reiki sessions… placing her tiny hands right where I’m working like she just knows ✨

She’s petite compared to Malakai… but she is STRONG
Curious
Aware
So full of life already

I see you.
the one who-
feels like she’s meant for more
but doesn’t have a circle that reflects that yet
is doing the inner work quietly
questioning old patterns
trying to become someone she’s never seen modeled before
it’s a weird place to be.
because you’re not who you used to be…
but you’re not fully in who you’re becoming yet
and sometimes it feels like:
you’ve outgrown certain conversations
certain environments feel heavy now
and the people around you don’t quite understand this version of you
but that doesn’t mean you’re lost.
👉 it means you’re evolving
you don’t need everyone to understand your growth
you don’t need permission to step into something bigger
because the truth is…

✨ you have something in you that’s trying to come forward

✨ I didn’t always have this kind of self-control, peace, or clarity…
there was a time I was:
boy crazy
constantly needing attention + validation
saying yes to things that drained me
partying more than I want to admit
and honestly… just trying to feel “enough”
I didn’t know it at the time, but I was living in codependency
👉 chasing love
👉 abandoning myself
👉 looking for something outside of me to feel whole
and now?
my life looks really different.
✨ I protect my energy
✨ I make time to create instead of chase
✨ I pour into my growth, my business, my kids
✨ I don’t need constant validation to feel okay
and it’s not because I became “perfect”
it’s because I started doing the deeper work:
nervous system healing
emotional awareness
learning how to sit with myself instead of escape
that shift changed everything
because when you stop chasing… 👉 you start building
and now I get to live a life that actually feels aligned, grounded, and mine 💛

✨ I used to think discipline meant restriction, punishment, and “don’t mess this up”…
like for example-
follow the rules or you’re failing
be perfect or you’re off track
push harder or you’re not doing enough
and what I'm seeing today is that version of discipline never lasted for me.
because back then…
👉 I didn’t lack effort
👉 I didn’t lack motivation
I was willing to do ANYTHING!

what I actually lacked…
was the right support.
and you can see it…

this didn’t come from:
trying harder
being more strict
or finally “getting it together”
it came from a different kind of discipline-
choosing foods that actually gave me energy
moving my body so I could feel strong and clear
taking care of my mind so I didn’t spiral
learning how to support my nervous system instead of fight it
and the wild part?
the more “disciplined” I became in this way…
✨ the happier I felt
✨ the more consistent I became
✨ the healthier my body got
✨ the more FREE I actually felt
because real discipline isn’t about control…
👉 it’s about having the right support to become who you’re trying to be
and that version of me on the left?
she wasn’t lazy.
she wasn’t inconsistent.
she just didn’t have what she needed yet 💛

I’ve been having a lot of conversations lately with women who look like they’re doing fine on the outside…
but inside, they feel like they can’t fully relax.(Once I found this peace within I can not unsee it)

By staying busy
By pushing through
By putting myself last
But now I see it differently.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is
Have a seat
Be present while doing arrends
Write down some thoughts to process
Eat breakfast
Put on muscle
Nurse your baby
Go to sleep instead of pushing through
And even if the world doesn’t always understand that…
