Our all athlete pool party. Info on flyer. We will also be working on the brand new athlete portal registration. If you want help please bring:

Address, phone number, birthdate, an email, diagnosis, list of medications and be able to answer basic questions about health. If anyone can/wants to create a portal profile beforehand that would save a lot of time. We will focus on fall athletes first but help anyone that needs that.

Charity Run/Ride 🏍️:

All athletes are free for the after party at the Bushy Run Legion (3:00). $15 cover for adults covers food, drinks and the band. Raffles and T-shirts are separate (cash only). If you’re free stop on down. All welcome, they raised almost $6,000 for our program last year!

Hello to all athletes, parents, guardians and coaches. We hope everyone is enjoying their summer 😎! We have some updates county wide that we wanted to provide in this post.

Attached below is information about our summer pool party. If there are any updates we will provide them on here.

Our fall sports registrations are up and running! We know most have signed up for these but if not please do so by 7/12. The actual deadline is 7/15 but that will give us a few days to make sure all is good on our end. If you need the link here it is:

In addition to that ALL athletes must complete an athlete profile (with assistance if needed) and health history form going forward. This is taking place of the medical form in most cases. The link to that is:

Please make sure the profile is under the athlete name not the parent. Athletes will not be able to compete unless this is completed.

Fall sports information will be sent (practices) as that is finalized. Most of that will not be sent until after 7/15. We will only send information to athletes registered on the tracker by the eligibility deadline. Please let us know if you have any questions! We will be doubling back through on 7/13, 7/14 and 7/15 to make sure no one is missed.

If you requested bocce info another way via our newsletter that will be sent out next week.

We are ALWAYS looking for new volunteers. Especially for flag football and volleyball. If you’re interested in coaching either one of those sports let us know. All practices and tournaments are optional, for coaches and athletes. There are no specific commitment obligations going into a season.

We do have our next volleyball 🏐 clinic coming up this Sunday! If you’re registered just show up and/or reach out to Coach Shelby with any questions.

Finally, also attached is an awesome fundraiser for us this summer! Please spread the word and come out to support. It was awesome last year and we are trying to make it even bigger this year!! We also have a golf outing flyer (previously posted) that benefits our program too!! Latrobe H.O.G. is incredible to us! There’s still time to sign up and/or donate baskets 🧺.

Special Olympics PA Summer Games! June 5th-7th

What an awesome time it was! 3 sports for us, 60 athletes and 31 volunteers and coaches. All were records! We are so proud of ALL athletes that competed this year. We are also incredibly thankful for all of our coaches as well. This could NEVER be done without them.
