Dr. Echard, board-certified podiatrist and surgeon, and his professional team provide expert treatments for heel pain and plantar fasciitis; fungal and ingrown toenail; arthritis; tendonitis; deformities such as bunions, hammertoe, clawtoe, and clubfoot; all types of injuries including sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations and sports injuries; skin problems ranging from athlete’s foot, corns and calluses to skin cancer; neuromas. At Laurel Podiatry Associates, we specialize in foot care for patients with diabetes including foot screens, diabetic shoes and custom-made orthotic inserts. Because peripheral neuropathy or nerve damage so often accompanies diabetes, we offer advanced technology to diagnose and treat this issue. Our painless laser treatment can resolve the pain of neuropathy as well as other foot and ankle problems such as injuries, degenerative joints, overuse and general foot pain. For your convenience, we have four offices in the greater east-Pittsburgh area with office hours every weekday. Many minor surgical procedures are handled under local anesthesia right in our offices.
