Richard M. “Mike” Holbrook, 79, of Franklin, IN, passed away on May 6, 2026, after a long illness. He was born on November 11, 1946, in Greensburg, IN, the son of Paul T. and Verna (Robbins) Holbrook. Howard Eugene Chandler, 98, of Greensburg, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by loved ones, on April 4, 2026.
