“Thank You for Going Above and Beyond” was the uplifting theme of this year’s Chairman’s Appreciation Luncheon, symbolized by colorful hot air balloons representing the extraordinary generosity and dedication of those who help Redstone soar.
We were honored to gather and celebrate the members of the Toman Legacy Society, our most generous donors, and our dedicated volunteers whose compassion and commitment enrich the lives of older adults every day.
We were proud to recognize Connie Meyers as our 2026 Volunteer of the Year. Since moving to Redstone’s Murrysville campus in 2016, Connie has become an indispensable part of the community. In the past year alone, she contributed more than 500 volunteer hours, assisting with the gift shop, mentoring new residents, supporting spiritual life programs, serving as secretary of the Resident Council, and helping with countless events and activities. Her reliability, generosity, and willingness to help wherever needed truly exemplify what it means to go above and beyond.
We also presented the 2026 Chairman’s Award to The Rev. Charles “Chuck” MacPherson, a longtime member of Redstone’s Board of Directors. Since joining the Board in 1994, Chuck has provided steadfast leadership, supported the growth of Redstone’s communities, and volunteered countless hours offering pastoral care and worship services to residents. His decades of faithful service and unwavering commitment have helped Redstone reach new heights.
Thank you to all who go above and beyond with your time, talents, and resources. Because of you, Redstone continues to soar in its mission to serve older adults with excellence, compassion, and care.
