Well, I got a good report from my doc today. He went over some of the most recent bloodwork that I had done, and he said that my autoimmune is being reversed!! And I am not on ANY medication. It's all God, supplements and my docs detox regimen that he has me on. He said that my results in just 17 months are unheard of, and that it would never have happened any other way, and especially through conventional medicine. One day I will be completely healed of graves disease!! 🙌
With all that being said, I haven't been doing my part very well within the past 6 months. I've been lazy with food choices and have put a good bit of the weight I lost back on. So it's truly a miracle that I feel as good as I do.
That just goes to show that with God, literally EVERYTHING and ANYTHING is POSSIBLE!! I would not be where I am today in any area of my life without Him 🙏
So starting today, back to being diligent with my doctor appointments, and keeping up with healthy food choices. I can and will beat this if this is the last thing I do! I am determined 💪
Now you all can keep me accountable lol.
I will make some allowances for special occasions, but that's it. It's about changing my lifestyle, and gaining my health back. I won't call it a "diet" because let's face it...everyone hates diets!! 🤣
Thank you doc Keith Marshall and Ovie Marshall for all that you do! Even when you tell me things that I don't want to hear 🤣
