😵‍💫Unfortunately, one often unintentional outcome of decreasing carbohydrates can be too little fiber. 💩

These tips can help you get more fiber in while keeping your overall carbs low.🫶👇

+ Have a daily salad. 🥗 If you choose two to three additional high fiber/low carb veggies, you could consume almost half the fiber you need with just one meal.

+ Mix veggies in your morning eggs. 🥚🍳There are endless delicious combinations.

+ Sneak in some flax. Flaxseed and flax meal are pretty much pure, all-natural fiber.🍛

+ Don’t forget the berries. 🫐🍓 A half-cup of blackberries or raspberries contains 4 grams of fiber.

+ Make chicory root coffee or tea. ☕🫖 Chicory root fiber has a rich, earthy taste and is an easy way to get a boost of prebiotic fiber!
