Sometimes kids struggle to find the words for how they feel β€” and that’s okay! Using an emotions chart can help them:
πŸ–οΈ Point to a face or word that matches their feelings
πŸ’¬ Start a conversation about what’s going on inside
🌱 Build emotional awareness and healthy coping skills
🀝 Learn that all feelings are valid

Tip: Keep an emotions chart on the fridge, in their room, or even in their backpack. The more kids practice naming emotions, the easier it gets to talk about them. πŸ’›
