We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team in Greensburg, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with preparation for sessions (e.g., guiding them to/from treatment areas).
• Set up and clean treatment rooms before and after sessions.
• Use physical therapy equipment to assist patient progress
• Sanitize and maintain physical therapy equipment.
• Monitor patients as they perform exercises.
• Observe and report any unusual patient behavior or physical condition to supervising staff.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Follow all HIPAA and OSHA guidelines and clinic policies.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable navigating various computer applications and proprietary systems to perform daily job functions.
• Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds and assist patients with mobility.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, compassionate demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred:
• Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting
• Knowledge of human anatomy (muscle origin and insertion)
• Knowledge of spinal anatomy (cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral)
• Degree or certification in any physical therapy field/specialization (e.g., PTA, Rehab Technician, Certified Personal Trainer)
