It was a wonderful weekend on the mountain with my 100 plus chiropractic friends. We enjoyed the beautiful weather, continuing our education on chiropractic philosophy, practicing technique and discussing better ways to treat our patients.

I’m feeling a lot of positive energy coming into the office today and implementing some of the things I learned. Thank you to the Casteel family for always putting together such a great weekend and helping the profession grow!

The Mission

The mission of Optimus Spine & Posture is to help our patients set goals and achieve them, not just patch the symptoms (headaches, sciatica, neck and back pain, etc.) but instead find and treat the underlying cause of these dysfunctions (loss of curve, anterior head syndrome, poor posture, muscle imbalance, unequal leg length etc.). The patient is treated with a customized plan of care for their condition. The practice utilizes specific analysis of the spine, postural screening, precise adjustments, spinal corrective traction, nutrition, functional and primitive movement exercises. The care plan is designed to restore the body’s optimal structure and function and to gain knowledge to sustain and progress a healthy lifestyle. A pain free, healthier body and better life is possible.
