We’re excited to announce that our Therapy Team has been recognized as #1 in Greensburg for Short Stay Discharge Function Score!

What does that mean?
Short Stay Discharge Function Score measures how much a resident’s functional ability improves from admission to discharge during a Medicare stay (100 days or less). In other words—our residents are leaving stronger and more independent than when they arrived. 💪✨

We’ve always known our therapy team was top‑notch, but now everyone else knows it too!

At our last Resident Council meeting, the topic of food came up—and while our residents shared that they’ve been happy with the meals here, they also admitted that sometimes they just crave something different! 😄

We talked through some ideas, and the group unanimously decided on take‑out Chinese for a fun lunch treat. A huge thank‑you to Fortune Cookie in Greensburg for helping make it happen! We had 22 lunch orders, and everything was perfect—right down to the very last egg roll! 🥢✨

Our residents are already thinking about what they’d like to try next… stay tuned! ❤️

Recently, Snowstorm Fern hit our area hard—but that snowstorm was nothing compared to the dedication of our incredible team!

Staff came in early, stayed late, and even stayed overnight to ensure every resident was safe, cared for, and comfortable. That level of commitment truly reflects our family values. ❤️

To show our appreciation, every staff member who worked during the storm received their very own “I Survived Snowstorm Fern!” shirt! 👕❄️
