It's easy to feel overwhelmed, especially when everyday life doesn't look like the highlight reel on social media. Remember: 🧘🏼‍♀️

💭Kids are communicating, not just misbehaving. What does a tough behavior tell you about what's going on underneath?
💭Take five minutes for a mental pause. You can even try it with your kids.
💭You don't have to have all the answers. It's okay to admit when you're struggling. Asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
