This week's featured meal was our Christmas Day meal. This meal consisted of Prime Rib, Au Gratin Potatoes, Carrots, and House-made Horseradish sauce.

✨ January's Smile of the Month goes to...drum roll please...Greta! ✨ Greta loves to be outside! When the weather is nice, you can find her outside after dinner helping tend to our flower boxes. She likes to join us for BINGO, cards, and exercise. Greta has been a great addition to our activities. Always keep on smilin', Greta!

We would be remiss if we didn't highlight our December Sunday Brunch meal! A Christmas Brunch complete with Maple mustard glazed holiday ham, Green beans, Hash brown casserole, Egg and sausage bake, Santa & Reindeer waffles, Cinnamon rolls, Cheesecake, Cookies, and Brownies. Absolutely delicious! 🧇 🍪

Our leadership team took some time to celebrate all the hard work that went into this year. Our Trilogy Southeast Division Christmas Party had our team showing up in style to celebrate with other leadership teams from the division. A great time for all! 🎄

Our Christmas Dinner for a group of our volunteers was a success! Our residents signed Christmas cards and made the table centerpieces to help show their appreciation and our culinary team presented a delicious meal. Dinner consisted of Honey Cranberry Glazed Chicken with stuffing, green beans, sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallow topping, and a Strawberry Cranberry Cake with Sugared Cranberries. We can't thank these people enough for all they do throughout the year!
